Unarmed combat

Develop technique, movement and partner work. The training starts with the team's professional background and focuses on topics agreed on with Ran.

Responding to armed threats

Training can address threats involving a knife or handgun. Topics, level of practice and equipment are agreed on with Ran in advance, based on the training objective and the team's previous training.

Precision through practice

Professional demonstration, hands-on practice and guidance as you work. There is time to examine technical details and focus on the need your team brings to the session.

Ran has experience leading seminars and training military units, police and security companies in Israel and abroad.

He holds a 10th dan in Dennis Survival, completed the instructor course at Wingate Institute and trained in Krav Maga and combat fitness at Bahad 8, an IDF training base. He combines demonstration, practice and coaching, adapted to the participants' professional level.

What should we share before a professional training session?

The participants' background and previous training, the topic that matters to your team and the goal of the session. Discuss the level of practice, equipment and conditions needed with Ran. A general description of your needs is enough for the first conversation.

Where does the session take place, and how long is it?

Agree on the location and session length with Ran. You can get in touch with a place and date already chosen, or just an initial idea. Before confirming, check that the space, equipment and time available suit the planned practice.

What does it cost, and what should we prepare?

Ran provides a quote based on the group, content and scope of the session. The conversation also covers participant numbers, level of contact and what needs to be arranged at the venue, so the details are clear before you book.
